Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the service provided by SellPlaner. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Your account

Keep your credentials secret and tell us about unauthorised use. You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.

Your content and approvals

You own your content. The service drafts material with AI and can publish, send or spend on connected accounts only after an approval in your organization. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve — including claims, prices and offers — and for complying with the rules of the platforms you connect.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; no spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
• No attempts to access other customers’ data, probe or overload the service, or bypass limits.
• No link schemes or other practices that violate search engine or advertising platform policies.

Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans renew each period until cancelled; you can cancel from Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Plan credits are added each period; purchased credit packs do not expire. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Advertising spend

Ad spend is billed by the ad platform to your account, not by us. The service enforces the ceilings you set but cannot control platform billing; review your ad accounts regularly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features; we will not remove core functionality you pay for during a paid period without notice.

No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors. The service gives recommendations and drafts; it does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can delete your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, telling you why.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s place of business, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
