This policy explains what personal data SellPlaner (“we”) processes when you use this website and service, why, and your choices.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), organization and role.
• Content you give us: business details, websites, keywords, drafts, media and messages you create in the service.
• Data from accounts you connect: for example analytics, search, social or ad account data, only for the accounts and permissions you grant.
• Usage and security data: an audit log of actions in your organization, sign-in records, and technical logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we receive the plan, status and invoices, never your card number.
• Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
• To keep the service and your account secure, and to prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To bill you and meet legal obligations (contract, legal obligation).
• To reply to your messages and send service emails such as verification, invitations and approvals (contract, legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data and do not use your content to advertise to you.

AI processing

To draft and analyse content, parts of your business information are sent to AI providers acting as our processors. We use their paid business APIs, whose terms do not allow data sent through them to be used to train their models. Generated text is reviewed by you before it is used anywhere.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the service for us (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, AI providers), and the platforms you connect when you ask us to publish or read data. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When an organization is deleted, its data is deleted; backups roll over within their retention period. Security logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure, plus a local setting for your theme. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above; material changes are announced by email to account owners.
