- What are credits?
- AI writing, images, video, crawling and keyword research use credits. Each plan adds its allowance every billing period. If you run out, you can buy a pack — packs never expire. Work in progress holds credits and returns what it did not use.
- Does SellPlaner spend my ad budget on its own?
- No. Launching or resuming a campaign always needs an approval, and you set daily and monthly ceilings. Automatic actions are limited to pausing, and only if you turn that on.
- Do I need to connect my accounts?
- No. Audits, strategy and drafting work without any connection. Connect Google Analytics, Search Console, ad and social accounts when you want SellPlaner to read results or publish for you.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from Billing at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the organization moves to the Free plan; your data stays.
- Which AI models do you use?
- Each task uses a model chosen for cost and quality, and every AI answer is checked: unsupported claims are flagged and report figures are verified against your data.
